My 2 cents short and sweet. (well hopefully it is)

I have been reading, at least trying to read most of the messages coming in. I am "NOT" into flight medicine, tho eventually i would like to be. I am working for a countywide 911 system.

First, for all the flight crews that have flown to bail us out in time of need. Thank You.

Second, Emergency Medcine works only if there is TEAM WORK. everyone is needed, from the first responders @ a scene. To the ICU people in the end. Everyone is different in what they can do to help. The medics need the RN's the Rn need the medics. Remember it is not what you do, it is if you do it to the best of your ability. No one person is better than the other because of training. If you think you know it all then it is time to find another line of work, because there is always something new to be learned.

We all work as a team,  we survive as a team.

You cannot fly the aircraft or drive the bus, and save a life at the same time.

Isnt that what we are about ?   Saving Lives !!!!!!!!!

Best Regards to all
Mark Reich
