Sorry... but it will be a cold day in H _ _ L when I say an RN is a higher level of Pre-hospital provider than I am as a Paramedic. If you look at hierchy,usually its the nursing profession that puts them on top of the heap. PHRN do not function with different protocols, if you wwant to do my job then become a Paramedic.
