All,

I have a request that HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE TURF WARS. This request is
for my education and understanding. It is also to verify or debuke a
statement that has relevance to a employment issue.

I looking for on a state and / or national level rule /regs/ laws that
states RN licensure is a higher level certification than Paramedic.

This request is not intend to inflame anyone but I will be an advocate one
way or the other base upon the information.

In the hierarchy of prehospital certifications in the Commonwealth of PA, The Health Professional (an MD or RN that has completed prehospital training) is higher than a Paramedic, followed by an EMT, then First Responder.  On a side note, I find the title of PA's certifications a little derogatory.  MD's an RN's are considered health professionals while Medics are not?
