background you bring to this job, you are now doing a job that is
different from any job you've held prior and you are exposed to knew
things everyday. You also have the opportunity to work with a team

add that with proper flight training and a few flights under your belt,
the difference between you and your partner's background should be
invisible when caring for a patient. It is everyone's responsibility to
share the knowledge they bring to this job and learn everything they can
in areas that they are not as strong. If I'm ever lying on the cot I
don't care what your background is along as everyone works together and
knows what to do. This is what makes this job fantastic.
