If I recall...

Cocaine and lidocaine both lower the threshold for seizures.  Also,
lidocaine may potentiate cocaine-induced arrhythmias.

But, some of my references still recommend lidocaine as one (of many)
first-line options for cocaine-induced ventricular arrhythmias.

Interesting side note (for you biochemists):  cocaine's chemical structure
is actually more similar to atropine than to lidocaine...
