Cocaine, , Lidocaine, and mag
OK, I think I know the answer to this but I want a second (give or take a
hundred) opinion...
Why is mag instead of lidocaine indicated as first line anti-arrhythmic for
arrhythmias (ventricular )in the setting of cocaine...(along with other TX)

Really? Sure it's not that they won't hire into a FN position until
experience requirement is met? If won't keep FP on staff in FP position just
because they are now a RN/EMT-P and subject to the scope of practice and
protocol limitations of that paramedic position, I think you have a case any
good lawyer would love!!
