mmmmm..Paramedics can work in Nicu, Icu , ER, But RTS and RNS
Can't be on scene with you. Seems one sided.

Great points Eric.
How many times have you had RT's show up on scene as part of the flight crew
and does it chaff you as it does me? We are basically being told we are
incapabable of providing in-hospital care by some nurses and then told by
those same nurses that another allied HCP can come on our scene and work in
our house. Why are we cast aside while RT's are being integrated into air
crews in some cases doing IVs, ECG's, Intubation's.....etc...... And oh yeah,
I've been in the E. D. when that code came in or that shooting victim was
dropped at the doors, I was certainly capable then. ( for IVs, DFib's and
Tubes)
Don't mean to go off but who do they think teaches most of those ACLS, PALS,
and PHTLS courses? PARAMEDICS
