stable neonate question clarification

Greetings - thanx to all for your responses to my query about transporting stable neonates - as a clarification, our transport team configuration is flight nurse/ER resident - when we are asked to transport patients by ground, we then triage them as to needed level of care, i.e. EMT-P's vs FN alone vs FN/ER resident - we have had very good success with triaging incoming ground patients, but I am hoping to simply find out if anyone's facilities allow EMT-P's to "bring stable babies from one nursery to another", i.e. without a nurse accompanying them - again, thanx for any responses
