A very good instructional resource I would recommend is defrance.org. Val is a medic in Alaska and has a TREMENDOUS instructional site, probably one of the best I have ever seen. There is a tremendous amount of resources around every corner. Most of the presentations have been uploaded by their authors and are free to use.
