airway management instructional materials

Hello all...

We are in the process of creating a new '"advanced airway management 
credentialling course", and I am looking for educational / instructional 
materials on any and all forms of advanced airway management, i.e. RSI, 
retrogade, needle/surgical cric, LMA, Combitube, digital intubation, etc.

If anyone is willing to share their programs materials (powerpoint slides, 
instructional outlines, etc.), or at least point me in the direction of some 
good stuff, please let me know. It would be much appreciated.

(We're just trying NOT to have to re-invent the wheel here.....)
