Re: Strength and agility program

Charles,
I am an old flight crew member, who moved on to administration...I work for
HealthSouth, the leading sports medicine and rehab company in the US. Among
working with "professional atheletes" we also work with major employers to do
exactly what you are talking about. One product is a "functional capacity
evaluation" which an Occupational Therapist puts you thru the stresses of
your everyday job and evaluates your abilities. That person would also
foresee possible injury prone issues as well as help with all phases of job
task completion.
I would reccomend that you contact the HealthSouth Rehab and Sports Medicine
clinics there in Boston. If you dont know of one, check out
www.healthsouth.com and just click "find healthsouth" that will even provide
maps for you.
Hope this helps
Josh Neff
ex-fly guy
