Re: Strength and agility program



To stay clear of all legal challenges, you need to make sure that any test you 
do is job related and job specific.  Take a look at some of the area fire 
departments to see what they do for agility testing.  If someone fails you will 
most likely have to offer to assist them in developing whatever areas they 
failed in - especially if they have been on the job and you are using a "new" 
test.
