RE: Strength and agility program

It all depends on the purpose of the program.  Is it to evaluate for rescue work or just for crew health?

Subject: Strength and agility program

My name is Charles Kunkle and I work for Boston Medflight.  We are currently looking to create a strength and agility training and testing program.  This program would be designed to measure the crew's ability to perform the physical tasks presented to them on a daily basis.  I write all of you, to see if there are any programs like this that already exist.  How were they designed?  Who does the testing?  And what are the steps taken if someone should fail the test.  Any feedback would be appreciated.
