RE: PHTLS



I always make sure the groups going thru the skill
stations are "mixed", i.e. not from the same rescue
squad/fire department.  Have them reveal their own
"tricks of the trade" like for immobilization of peds
patients, standing longboard technique, airway, etc. 
It is interesting and even the instructors learn a few
new tips!
