#$%& happens.  You miss a tube, you blow an IV,
you miss things on an assessment--it's all part of
the job.  

Be confident.  Do your best.  Try not to repeat your
mistakes.  You're a great nurse, otherwise you wouldn't
be flying and working independently.  Experience comes
from mistakes and we all make our share of boo-boos.

Bravo to you for asking for help--takes a lot of courage.
