Carbon fiber O2 tanks

Now that we are talking oxygen...

Does anyone on the list utilize (portable) carbon fiber 
tanks on their aircraft? We are considering their use, 
however were wondering if there is some certifying 
authority that has to give their blessing (prior to use 
on an aircraft).
