Re: Fixed wing

All safety training is recommended to occur on at least an annual basis. That would include survival(based upon where you fly), CRM, eggress, in-flight emergencies(medical & mechanical), and any other related training. The "crew" should have some say in not proceeding on in a mission from a flying safety stand point. I think you may find FAR Part 135 helpful. Ultimately everyone in the crew needs to work and fly as a crew. I hope this helps.

Researching for an inservice / changes to policy manual. Does anyone have a program that involves any of the following:

1) Mandatory survival training - frequency? conditions?
2) Mandatory CRM training - frequency? medical incidents or only
flight incidents used? flightdeck crew also attend?
3) Medical crew having say in mission scrubs?
4) Medical crew participation in flight crew emergency and other
proceedure training (including emerg deco, flapless landing,
engine out, cabin fire, max rate ascent, max performance takeoff,
gear status uncertain landing, engine fire, electrical failure)?5) Flight crew involvement in medical crew emergency and other
proceedure training (code, violent patient, incapacitated crew
     member, equipment failure, delivery)?
