Dave - we use polaroid film on scene of MVC's to document for the receiving 
facility the damage to the vehicle the patient came out of - not sure what 
the hospital does with them - perhaps they stay with the chart.  Any scene 
shots of people working we try to avoid getting patient faces into it.  When 
PR stuff has been done if a patient was identifiable - then a release had to 
be obtained for the picture to be used for anything - including education.
