Re: EMS photography
There is a Health Information Patient Privacy Act
(HIPPA) or (HIPA) that addresses this. I believe it
is nationwide but may have state guidelines also.
We were just made aware of this and will have to
review pictures we use for our flight calendar. Any
identifying things in the picture i.e. license plate,
tattoos, date of accident, etc. have to be removed.
