Dave,

We have shot a lot of air medical photography over the years to help with brochures and ads and things
with the Propaq monitor.  I think for most part you are good to go with the exception of getting
permission or "releases" signed by the "identifiable" people and/or craft in the photos.  Patient
confidentiality is always a tricky thing and we never use real patients in any of our photos - even those
that are just taken for fun for fear that they might end up somewhere.  We have taken photos of patients
and gotten their permission when some of our clinicians were working on a paper or a presentation for an
industry meeting or seminar.  You also have to get permission if the name or ID of the helicopter or
airplane are discernable.  We have some photos you can use if you like.  Please contact Kathy Wall - see
attached.  Also if you get any photos and would like to share, we are always interested in new photos.
