RE: peds transport

Just imagine wear this would head:
Please explain to the court your reasons for not properly restraining your
pediatric patient during his transport.
Also explain why everyone else in your transport vehicle wore their
restraints,
except for your pediatric patient..
Please also describe for the court what happened to your unrestrained
pediatric patient
during the collision that caused his death?
Can you explain for the Court if this is the "Community Standard of Care"?,
Were you following your local protocols?
I would be inclined to think that the words of medical negligence would
surface in this wrongful death suit.

More of a plausible occurrence than wrestling the child into paralysis.

Just one man's humble opinion.

1) What service would be served if the same subtle c-spine fracture
subluxated while we wrestled him onto the backboard?

Remember that ivory tower I was talking about?
