I have a question. In Florida do you know of any
laws that prohibit transporting peds on the mother's lap. Mom secured on
stretcher holding child. Transport would be by ground or air. I see it happening
alot here and it drives me nuts. It is obviously an unsafe manner in which to
transport children.
