Here is how things have
changed since 9-11. Prior to that day I may have shared information
about our security policies, but no longer. If the bad guys know about our
security policies they can then figure out how to defeat them and I have no idea
who reads these messages . Our policies have changed
but that is all I am willing to say.
Forgive me for the
nature of this response, I am just trying to illustrate how things have changed
in that aspect.
