We just started
dictating as well and it also may take several days to get the final version,
but it looks really good when finished. In the interim, we have a
Summary Of Care sheet that we leave with the receiving facility. It has a
flow sheet of treatment as well as a narrative area and a space for vital sign
trends/ecg strip. We also have to update our AMS chart for patient data
and skills when we get home. I can get you our Summary of Care sheet
if you wish.
