This is the second
posting of this question. Apparently it got lost in the server last night
so. If 2 copies come out, my apologies.
Are there any services
out there that utilize a "clinical ladder" for paramedics? Our service
is hospital based and has a mechanism in place for promotion of nurses
based on education, training, additional
responsibilities etc., but not for
paramedics.
If there are any
services out there that have such a mechanism in place for paramedics, and
wouldn't mind sharing it, please email me directly or reply to the
list.
