Aircraft and Ambulance Mechanic Day?

Does anyone recall the day we set aside for recognizing our mechanics? Last 
year was the first time this was done and our mechanics were surprised and 
more importantly appreciative of this gesture. I would like to repeat this 
but I can't remeber the day..Please help.
