We are currently looking at evaluating and modifying our present system. We have one dispatch center which dispatches AND flight follows with 22 bases in 9 different states. I would appreciate any information you can share, of what has and has not worked for you.
1. Is your dispatch number a one number does it all, including bed assignment and acceptance. (if not, how is this handled)
2. Is the requesting party hooked up with the specialist he is needing to speak with immediately? And by who?
3. Is your dispatch center local or remote.
4 If your dispatch center is remote, do you have any difficulties with flight following
