We use the mvp-10 on our isolettes, CV4's (crossvent IV) are used for anything not in an isolette (infant to adult). we have been having a few problems with the CV IV's though so I'm not yet ready to recommend them. The Cv4 can ventilate either pressure or volume and can do pressure support. Good luck. mike
