At Univ. of Iowa Health Care, we have a Neo/Peds team that is primary
on kids under 3 yrs. and on rotor wing the second is always an RN from
our adult/peds team.  They have 2 of the adult/peds nurses go on all
flights over 3 yrs.  On ground runs we use Neo/peds RN as primary for
same age, but a transport oriented RT is the second person for Neos,
and one of the adult/peds RNs goes for 1mo-3yrs with us.  Works pretty
well, except when the weather in Iowa is spotty and taking that adult
nurse puts the helicopter down until they get another one in, or we are
