Dwayne, The intenet is always a good option.  Just 
search under the specific medications you wish to 
research.  Most descriptions will include chemical 
stuctures as well as pharmacokinetic properties.  If you 
have access to a medical library, try the textbook, 
Pharmacology and Physiology in Anesthesia Practice by 
Robert Stoelting.
