prehospital chest tubes

I am looking for information on prehospital chest tubes. I need to know if
anyone is doing them and there success rate. Also what the outcomes are. I
am doing a research paper and need this information to help our program
decide if this would be beneficial for our patients. If anyone also has any
guidelines that are utilized that would be great to. We are considering this
proceedure because of our very rural area and long transport times. Thank
