Re: Services using LMA's



We have used combitubes on the streets for several
years, I have not heard of any problems other than the
occasional torn balloon,usually due to teeth, but that
obviously can happen on the ET tubes also.  They are
easy to use and safe on c-spine injuries, but have
some limitations based on pt size and age for a few.
