Adam,
I can see little, to no benefit from this pt. being taken to the local 
community hospital. The pt. already has lost half the, "golden hour" due to 
extrication and 10 minute transport, not to mention TOI until pt. was found. 
Due to mechanism of injury the pt. definitely meets the criteria for a trauma 
center. Community hospitals do some great things, but this pt. sounds like 
they will need the resources available at a trauma center.
