More PDA questions

Hi, everyone.....

I'm the one who started the recent "PDA Questions" thread.....and I thank you 
all for your input and advice. A few weeks ago I bought myself a little 
Christmas present; I decided on the Palm M500.....I have gotten lots of use 
out of it already. As far as medical applications, I have ABG pro, ePocrates, 
MedCalc, PalmEKG, and the Informed Emergency Critical Care field guide (an 
EXCELLENT program, by the way....).

I have a problem, though..... when I have tried to load other applications 
onto an expansion card for use on my Palm, I get a message on the HotSync log 
that says "ERROR: The following file(s) could not be installed to the 
SecureDigital (SD) Card because there is no application on your handheld to 
open these files." 

My question is this...how do I find out which application I need to use the 
programs? Could this message mean that my WinZip is not properly 
decompressing the files? Any info would be appreciated; feel free to reply to 
me email address individually.
