THis obviously has just occured due to the time of the posting.  

I see minimal to no benefit of a community hospital as long as the times are accurate.  There obviously will be a more organized and rapid approach to pt mgmt at the trauma center.  The patient also requires diagnostic evaluation by neuro, ortho, general surgical teams for the injuries described.  
>From the sound of the posting, this pt went to the community facility.  I would speak to the officers of your department and allow them to handle the situation and keep you advised.  There can be some quite sensitive toes when one begins to question anothers decisions
