To all in this conversation;

I have done both in my life.  I agree wholeheartedly with Bill.  While both 
careers and education's can complement each other, one does not equal the 
other with only a test.  There are many who feel they "know" the job by 
watching and working with the other, but that does not complete the 
education.  

Bill, once we complete the neurosurgery, I found an excellent cardiac surgery 
program with a take home clinical test!
