Lee,

While my answer to the question you posed about EMT-
P/ICU won't be a complete answer but I think that maybe 
you should look to the University of Maryland, Baltimore 
County's Critical Care Paramedic program. I'm biased 
toward the one done at Baltimore because of the clinical 
relationships they have with UM-Shock-Trauma and Johns 
Hopkins. Because of UMBC program,from day one I felt I 
could hold my own in that arena(at least at the level of 
first year ICU RN).
