Can you share what it is that you're doing now? This seems to be one of
the "Holy Grails" of air medical transport; finding an activity during the
bulk of non-transport time that utilizes the crew's abilities AND allows
them to be taken away for a transport at a moment's notice, all while
justifying the high hourly wages.
