Management Structure

A question for the group,

How do you staff your service, and what type of management
structure do you have? I am looking at possibily re-doing our management and
im asking around the country to get Ideas. Do you use a Chief Flight Nurse?
or a Program manager? Assistants? Charge Nurses? Shift Supervisors? Any
information you could
give me would be helpfull. Please respond to my personal e-mail address or
to the group Thanks,
Brian
