If you are new to the list or haven't looked over it in a long time,
please go to that link and review it before discussing anything related to
rates and billing. The bottom line is that any discussion of pricing by a
group of people within the same industry is illegal in the U.S. and
Canada. The "Feds" call it price fixing.
