"SARDOC"
I just got done watching, "Trauma, life in the ER", THANKS!
I just wanted to clear up some earlier comments made from another member. I
obviously did not know this man was an experienced "A.M.P". At first to me
it looked like someone got the link about this helicopter emergency
transport site. But, it was my first time on and later found out he was
"just kidding" and I accept that. It touched a nevre with me and I apoligize
for my bold type. I have been on too many "BS" calls with people making
false reports just to get down a mountain. I was a US NAVY SAR medic. Zero
visability, high mountain terrain rescue's was my job. You guy's waited in
the 2nd LZ, and I appriciated that! That was one of the sleeping times they
were probably talking about! Anyway, I am out now and looking into Civilian
Rotor Wing Transport. I am currently seeking additional advanced medical
training. It's hard to get ride time if you are not part of the crews in the
small BK117 and BO105's.
I would like to be involved in the "Q&A" here @ Flightmed. I know I will
have many questions. If you would like to know anything about Military SAR
please ask. I will do my best to answer what I do know.
Thanks'
Erin T. Clancy
