We just purchased new packs following a one year equipment survey.  The
flightmedics tracked all the equipment used on calls for one year. The
data we collected allowed us to change some of the equipment we carried
in the packs and on the ship.
The pack we decided to purchase was the Conterra ALS extreme pack. You
