Geoff-
a) Begin immediately to foster the Team Approach to patient care with your new partners.  CC Txpt is very dependant upon it.
b) Buy or aquire from ebay, etc. a Palm Pilot device on the Palm OS.  (get an 8meg model) I will forward you a list of links if u want it, on the best field-tested software, I have begun using a Palm for work and they are great, with all the medical apps out there.
c) Find an exercise and stretching/mobility program.  All the hours in the rig will kill your body.
d) Get a fanny pack, or other "truck bag" to carry goodies in, like O2 christmas trees, IVPB hangers, led flashlight, ref. guides not available on palm, cheese crackers, etc.

e) Have fun!
