Could the Richard Frazer-article in Air Medical J (May-June 2001) be useful?

Hi there, I'm an Air Medical Program Medical Director and I need to get a
hold of a few of the statistics of accidents for helicopters in the last few
years.  I would love the last 10 years if you know where I can get them.
Total number of accident, incidents, and total number of/with fatalities are
what I'm looking for.  If there is anyone who has them as a number related
to total number of EMS flights that would be even better.

Do you have these or do you know where I could get them in the next few days
to use in a safety lecture.
