RE: EMS Pins on E-Bay

The problem we have with this is that we send out the pins to several
people out of state who ask. I have a problem if these people are then
turning around and trying to sell them to others who we would gladly give
one to free.

We would not have sent them one if they had initially stated they were
going to outright sell it to others. It would be one thing if we offered
them for sale, but we do not.

As to the legality, you can check E-bays "questionable items" topics and
see that there are several topics that cover "Promotional Items".

The main problem I have is that people are obtaining our pins under false
pretenses if they request a pin from our program and then sell it stricly
for profit.
