Tricks of the trade wanted

I am putting a lecture together on "Tricks of the trade". I am seeking any
kind of input related to tricks providers use that enhances or helps
patient care or the provider. It can be anything you use like short cuts to
calculate meds, reading EKS's, airway management ect...  It doesnt matter
if you a medic, nurse, RT, MD, ect.   I will be glad to give credit for
your idea if you would like.  Please email me with your ideas and be sure
to be specific. Also include your name, title and affiliation for credit.
