Scott,

The CAMTS documents relate no more than a 14 hour duty day which in part is probabley from FAA FAR Part 135.  The question to ask is to you as a program have to comply with CAMTS and or FAA FAR Part 135.  The bottom line is are you safe to fly in a 24 hour format?  Just food for thought.

Greetings - our flight crew (flight nurses) are investigating the option of 24-hour shifts - the biggest concern involves the seemingly inevitable "no flights all day, then fly all night safety issues" - any programs that currently do 24's or have in the past & now don't, comments welcome
