Commercial Airlines patient transport

	One of our Medical Directors is putting together a talk about
patient transport by commercial airlines, and is having trouble coming up
with photos. He is looking for photos of medical stretchers in the
commercial airlines, etc, as well as any photos of international adventures
on airliners. If any of you have any photos you'd be willing to share and
are ok with him using them in his presentation, please send them to me. We
appreciate any help!
