Use of Propofol

Does anyone have experience with the use of Propofol as a sedative for the
transport of intubated patients?  If anyone is currently using it, or has
used it in the past, I would appreciate your thoughts.  Also, if you have
developed a protocol for its use, I would appreciate a copy.
