Restrictions Eased

For any who may not know, Restrictions have been eased, if not lifted
totally, on Part 135 Air Ambulance (and maybe others) flights.  My lead
RW pilot just advised that he is no longer required to file special
flight plans, and is essentially "back to normal" for flights.
